Shipping and Returns

What is the typical processing time for an order?

Orders are typically processed in 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If an order will take longer than this we will reach out with an updated timeline.

How long does shipping take?

On average items take 1-3 days depending on your location to us. West Coast orders may take up to 5 days to arrive. Shipping during peak holiday season may take extra time and we will do our best to let our customers know if shipping may take longer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free!

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the US.

Do you accept returns?

 All Sales are FINAL. 

We do not allow changes or additions to orders after they have been processed, so please double check your order before submitting!We do not refund or exchange items if the scent isn’t something you like. However, if the item has a manufacturing issue please contact us immediately at sales@errantviridia.com

What if a package arrives damaged?

Please email any photos necessary that show the damages to sales@errantviridia.com We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

What do I do if my order is delayed?

Once an order has been shipped if it has not arrived within 7 business days (this does not include holidays and weekends) days of the delivery date please contact us at sales@errantviridia.com. Any delays in prior to shipping will be communicated through the email provided during checkout.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

If you would like to add a gift note for the order, please send an email to sales@errantviridia.com immediately following your order confirmation with your order number and the message you would like to add.

Loyalty Program

Is there a loyalty program?

There is! If you click on the green star at the bottom right of the screen it will open up the loyalty program. From there you can view and redeem any points you earn.

How do I spend my points?

When you click the star in the bottom right corner you'll be able to use the redeem section to spend your earned points.
